police brutality
yeah, it has been a hot topic recently and last night it happened at ucla.
taser!
video kind of speaks for itself. well anyway, a lot of people think it is horrible and that the cops should be throw in jail bla bla bla. jason came by last night and told us about it. he was actually one of the CSO's (student...uhh cops sorta) there and you can actually see him in the video. pretty much he was asked to leave since he didn't have any ID and being that the library is private property, if you don't have any proof of being a student, you'll be asked to leave. well he didn't so UCPD was called in. at which point he used "passive resistance" and fell to the ground. making it a pain in the ass for the officers to get him to leave. not only that, but he was very loud too. so they warned that they would taser him and did so...multiple times because he still resisted.
i see no wrong doing here but a lot of people are upset by it. man, what can police do now? ask him kindly to leave? i mean he full on resisted arrest. they should be able to shoot him.

now before y'all get your panties in a twist, i heard the video was fake. too bad tho, that would have been one hell of a story to tell if you were that guy.
PS: i also updated my myspace. it looks...more gay now. but whatever. tried to do blue and gold but that kind of burns my eyes so i went with a softer blue and yellow.
